風邪、回避。

おとつい、昨日と、よく寝ました・・。

おとついは頭痛がひどくなりそうで、これはやばーいと思って、実家から電気毛布を持ってきたのでそれをお布団にしのばせて（？）眠りました。

あったかいって、シアワセーーーーーーー☆

あたたかさからなのかぐっすり眠れて、おかげで頭痛もなくなりました。
筋肉がこわばっていたからかな？全身の。
さすがにずーっと突っ走ってきたからな・・・
よく、年末、あの精神的にしんどい時期に風邪をひかなかったなぁって、自分に感心してたから。

病は気からって本当にそうで。
あの時は、本当に辛かった。
年始に何も予定がないのも、「風邪ひかないようにしないと」って用心してた。

そろそろかな・・ひくのなら、と思ってた矢先だったからね。

仕事も週一休みになって、おまけに休みの日に動きっぱなしだったから、ここらでゆっくりひとやすみ。

あとはうつされないように、しないとね。


花粉症が少しづつ始まってきているような気がします。
あたしはヒノキのほうがひどいので、まだスギは軽いほうなんだけど、３０倍と聞くとね・・びびるね。
