ふゆ、ふゆ、ふゆ。
毎日寒い日が続くなぁ・・・
先週の大雪の際に脇によけた雪は、まだとけてくれません。
まぁ、北向きだし・・。
2月は割とあっというまに過ぎていってくれそうな予感がします。
これは、充実しているということなのか、やっと等身大の自分に戻ってこれたからなのか。
精神的なものというのは、一日の長さを変えますものね。がらりと。
これはこれで、いいのかなと思います。
2月は楽しいことがいろいろ待ち構えていてくれるカンジ・・・
楽しんで、ひとつづつ過ごしていこう。
今日は、冷蔵庫の大掃除、というわけで、煮物をふたつ作ったんだけど、
ひとつ、失敗か・・・？
めったに勘で作っても失敗しないのに、今日はちょっと「う～ん・・・」と思うできばえ。
ショック・・
ちょっと淡白な肉を使ったので味にコクが出なかったばかりか、一番の要因は
おしょうゆが多すぎたかなってカンジです。
料理で失敗するって、食材に「ごめんなさい」って気持ちになるんですよね～。
おしょうゆのビン、洗ってて、一升瓶から直接入れたのが原因だぁ。しまった・・・
でも明日になって、オイシイ味になっててくれることを期待します。
