手が荒れて・・・
今日は、うちのへんの公立高校の卒業式の日。
なんだかんだと言って、ちょっとだけパタパタした日が続いたら、手ががさがさになっちゃいました。
昨日のあたしの手は、ちょっと見てて「これはオンナの手か？」って思うぐらいの手。
あかぎれはきれているわ、マニキュアは落ちちゃってたり、手のひらのがさがさはもちろん、手の甲までがさがさに。
もともとあんまりハンドクリームって好きじゃなくて。
多少荒れててもあんまりクリームつけないんだけど、
昨日はさすがにしっかり塗って、眠りました。
今日は左手の親指にひとつあかぎれができてしまって。
はあ・・・いたいなあ・・。

おつかれさまー！
手を洗うごとにクリームを塗る、位じゃないとだめなんだって！
最近それをこまめに実践しているのだけれど、やっぱ全然ちがう！
手の小じわとかが目立たん（笑） あとむくまないしね。
手にあったハンドクリームを探すか、
贅沢に美容液で代用するか・・・（笑）
あとぬれた手のままハンドクリーム使うと使いごごちがいいよー。
そのうちネイリストに転職するかもしれないサヤでした（爆）

手はね～、年齢をあらわすからね。
美容液の代用は、いいよね。サンプルでもらって、香りがあんまり気に入らないものとかさ。
ネイル、やってね、あたしにも☆えへっ。
