今晩もパスタ！パスタ！パスタ！
今夜もパスタしちゃいました。
昨日、コトコト似込んだトマトソースの煮物が余ったので、
えーい、トマトソースにしてパスタっちゃえって思って（笑）
カジキと春キャベツのトマトソースパスタ
作り方は・・・
んー、この前テレビでやってた「きょうの料理」の、「カジキの変わりロールキャベツ」を作ろうと思って作り始めたのですが（急いでメモったの！テキスト持ってないから）、キャベツがあいにく4分の1しかなく、それじゃカジキが巻けないやん！ってなったので、ソースの量だけ決めて、適当にざくざくと作りました。
トマトソースって、コクをどうやって出したらいいのかなあ・・
今回はカジキのおいしいコクが出たは出たんだけど、いまひとつ、足らない。
あ、そっか、赤ワイン入れるべきだったか！
んーでも、白ワイン入れたしなぁ・・
ご存知の方教えてください！！
