こっちもキタ！

実はDJコンソールと同時期に、やってきてました、ラテラルサイトレーナー！
そうそう、よくテレビショッピングでやってる、アレですよ。
中部地区では朝の8時から、延々と30分間、テレビ愛知かなんかでやってるテレビショッピングの、アレ。

こちらも、さきほど（やっと！）開封して、セッティング完了！
備品が見つからなくて、問い合わせをしたものの、とりあえず動くので乗ってみます。

これがまた・・ヤバイ。
一番負荷を軽くしても、ふくらはぎにジンジンくる！！！！！
これ、足が絶対細くなるよ。うん！
ハウスをがんがんかけて、これをトレーニングすれば、運動もできて気持ちも良くて、おまけに痩せるのなら一石三鳥だぁっ☆

（よいこはスニーカーはいて乗りましょう）

結構大きい器具です。
あたしの足を見ていただければ大きさ分かるんじゃないかと（多分男性が乗ってもいいようにだからだよね）。

これの下に敷くラグマットを買ってこなくちゃ！
いきなり5分ぐらいやっただけで床にキズがっ。ヤバイヤバイ・・・

楽しい夏になりそうです。
見ててよ？そのうち、ナイスバディな乙女になりますので♪
